This is a well-known American Multinational Manufacturing company of Tobacco products. The company is already 10 years in the Philippines and it's the biggest producer of cigarettes. They are distributing their products in over 180 countries.

Position: Japanese HR Operation ( Shared Service Company)
Industry: Tobacco Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig (Work from home)
Salary: P 50,000-90,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift

With experience in HR in any field

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact person in attending to HR related inquiries
Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions
