Position: Japanese BPO Team Lead (Work From Home)

Communication skills in Japanese and English languages
Bachelor’s degree in any course
Undergraduates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply
At least 1 year supervisory experience (Office work set-up) is required
BPO work experience is an advantage
Job Description:
Liaising and thoroughly collaborating with the client to ensure that the accounts payables department complies
Emerging good client relationships within the team
Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance upgrading the plans to help meet the production targets and quality
