Requirements:
• Preferably Non- Native Spanish Speaker
• BPO experience is a plus
• Open for High school and college level
• Previous experience handling consumer and commercial products is a plus
• Proficient in both Spanish and English Language

Responsibilities:
• Answers call inquiry via voice, chat and email
• Serve as the point of contact for consumer goods account
• Handle and process orders
• Attend to product questions of Spanish speaking customers
