Company Profile: This is the world largest Multimedia Company which was established in Canada. They gather financial, legal, accounting and other documents.
Requirements:
• Open for Filipino and Foreigners who has resident visa here in the Philippines
• Proficient in both Spanish and English language
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any course is required
• At Least 2-3 years experience as a Team Lead is highly advantage
• Good communications skills are a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
Responsibilities:
• Assists in training Customer Service Representative agents
• Act as a Team Leader
• Works with clients in evaluating and implementing new technologies and offer strategies for new opportunities
• Develop best practices to lead and manage teams.
• Assists management in setting the direction for quality service
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
