Position: Japanese Executive Assistant (P 70,000 - P 100,000)

Requirements:
• Half Filipino/Half Japanese (Near Native level proficiency) Open for N2 Passer
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (Oral and Written)
• With experience as an Executive Assistant is a big advantage
• With Customer Service or Admin related experience
• Willing to work in Makati
Responsibilities:
• Arrange Meetings and coordinate with the people needed by the Manager
• Maintaining calendars of Japanese Executives based in Japan
• Providing general administrative support to their executives
• Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings
• Scheduling the Travel of the Top Managers such as booking flights and hotels
• Drafting letters and emails for the Japanese executive
• Manage the Manager’s Expenses, Calls, Calendars, documents and more
Recruitment Process:
1. HR interview over the phone
2. Online English exam
3. Assessment with Japanese EA in Tokyo
• Speaking
• Writing
4. Final Interview (2x)
