Position: Japanese Investigation Specialist (Php 75,000 - Php 85,000)
Location: Pasay (Work from home)
Industry: Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 85,000
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
Open for Fresh Graduate/ Bachelor Degree Holder
Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese skills
Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
Experience/Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Someone with good customer service skills is advantage but not required
Willing to work in Pasay
Responsibilities:
Responsible in investigating suspicious activity and behavior in the company
Communicate with buyers, merchants, and other external and internal customers to make
Maintaining site quality and Policy Guidelines.
Participate in other special projects/assignments and Partner with appropriate business teams as necessary.
Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
Experienced in the internet space and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
