JOB OBJECTIVE
Create pixel-perfect and on-brand visual assets for internal and external use, including social media, company website, infographics, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Create visual assets that are on brand.
• Create marketing and branded materials for web and print. These consist of infographics, informational PDFs, email headers, slideshow presentations, document templates, graphic elements for company website, and etc. for internal and external use.
• Design illustrations, imagery, and other graphic elements for use in the company’s software product.
• Produce graphic design assets for use in demo campaigns and websites.
• Design and build HTML email templates.
• Update the company brand guide as needed.
• Support and maintain the company website via WordPress.
• Communicate directly with our client on a regular basis.
• All other tasks that may be assigned and relevant to the role.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to an IT or graphic design course.
• Minimum of 2-year experience providing graphic design services to a brand.
• Familiarity with basic design principles including typography, color palettes, and form/shape.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, including knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and setting up documents in InDesign. Understands how to use master pages, character styles, and pagination.
• Intermediate level in HTML and CSS.
• Has knowledge of Wordpress as a content management system for websites.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect designs with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Tech savvy, ability to learn new applications, and work with multiple tech platforms for communication and necessary job functions.
• Must have good writing and intermediate speaking skills in English.
• Willing to work on night shifts.
