JOB OPENING: SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT
AREA OF ASSIGNMENT: MANDALUYONG (ORTIGAS)
SALARY: PHP17K
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the sales and marketing operations
Tasks:
Sales and Channel Partner Management
• Provide support in contract management (e.g. Distribution Agreements, Target Agreements, etc.), external memos/letters and work plans approvals
• Regularly coordinate with the Sales team regarding their sales comments reports, forecasts, inventory status of trade partners as well as sales recap of distributors. Collate such information and submit to necessary stakeholders for insight-building
• Provide support in the monitoring of sales and marketing activities following the business’ marketing campaigns
• Update the team on sales status for monitoring of target performance whenever necessary
Successful candidates should have basic knowledge in sales and marketing operations and excellent written and oral communication skills; must be highly-organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
