-Provide information to existing and prospective customers about the benefits and coverage associated with different types of health care plans
-Describe and explain any exclusions and non-covered treatment approaches to patients and customers
-Help customers assess which providers are in network and covered by the healthcare plan
-Provide information about co-pay levels for seeking medical care outside the covered network
-Respond to questions with regard to health insurance premium payment and billing statements
Minimum Qualifications:
-Attention to detail is required
-Self-motivated and can handle pressure well
-Excellent English Communication Skills
-Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs
-High School Graduates must have at least 6 months of call center experience to apply
-Candidate must be willing to work in Cebu City
