Position: Japanese Production Control Executive

Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 05:00pm) and Selected Saturday
Days off - Sundays and Selected Saturday

Requirements:
Japanese National
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Preferably JLPT N1/N2 Level
JLPT Certificate in not required
Fluent in English
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferably with 5 years Production Control experience in manufacturing field.
Amenable to work in Cebu City
Willing to work onsite
Willing to relocate

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers for production materials needed
Coordinate with Sales team for product release and schedule
Manage product distribution and shipment schedules
Determine possible order completion date
Handle and manage inventory control of import-export products and materials to meet deadline

業務内容：
・必要な材料についてサプライヤーと連絡しあう事
・製品のリリースやスケジュールについて、営業チームと協力すること
・製品の分配と配送スケジュールを管理する事
・注文完了の日程を決めること
・締め切りに間に合わせるための輸出入品の在庫管理
