You’ll work with our APAC team to develop APAC data processes and procedures.
As our HR expert for Excel / Google Sheets, data analysis and reporting, you will produce data for Board reporting, forecasting, budgets, HR databases and ad hoc reporting as requested by the HR team and Executive. This involves the use of several VLookups and complex formulas each day. You will also collate data for performance cycles, engagement, remuneration and payroll requirements.
As someone who loves data, you will keep our HR data up to date in our HRIS (ELMO), CultureAmp, EasyPayroll, Expedo, Active Directory, Workplace and organisational charts.
A core part of your role will be external reporting. You will collate data for the Financial Industry Remuneration Group (FIRG AU)/Strategic Pay (NZ), Willis Towers Watson (PH) for matrix and salary benchmarking, Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), and other government and audit information requests for APAC i.e. SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR, DOLE, PEZA, OHS, HMO, Group Insurance, etc
Using your inquisitive mind, you will review our practices and strive for common sense processes and best practice how-to guides and reporting. Your responsibility for data is to present evidenced based information in a professional way that the HR Officers can further interpret and formulate insights for the HR team and business. You’ll also have an opportunity to get involved in HR projects and initiatives if you want to make the role more creative.
As a team player, you will assist our HR team with HR administration including office management, planning and organisation of employee information.

Skills & experiences you’ll bring the the team:
• At least 3-5 years of data experience, preferably in HR
• Someone who can prepare reports, create spreadsheet and dashboard for HR.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets is essential - fully confident with VLookups,
writing and understanding complex formulas, pivot tables, linking of different
worksheets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (ideal) and/or Microsoft Office Suite -
proficiency in preparing slide packs, documents and emails.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer centric.
• Curious mindset in identifying new technologies/platforms to enhance HR data
reporting.
• An enthusiastic personality with a problem solving mentality.
• Initiative, motivation and a proactive approach.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills - the ability to coordinate multiple
responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise your workload appropriately.
• The ability to take ownership of tasks and processes and see it through to
completion.
