•Preferably with 2 years Helpdesk | Support Desk experience
•Must be willing to work in Cebu or Metro Manila
•Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook等マイクロソフトに精通していること
•Serve as the main contact person of the Japanese clients
•Advised the clients on the progress and development of issues
•Coordinate the details needed to the development team lead assigned to the clients
•Responding in a timely manner to the request of clients
•Translate details from Japanese to English and vice versa
•Review translation and ensure quality of deliverables
