JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide support to our Customer Success Team by creating various types of internal and external documentation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Monitor the team communication channels to identify opportunities for improving content resources. Create documentation when questions are surfaced by a team member.
• Assist the team by being an additional source of information to internal questions and clarifications.
• Lead the consolidation and management of existing content, customer success messaging, processes, resources, customer response templates, and all other documentation to support the team.
• Works closely with the Client Services Director and the Team Lead to ensure that all information and resources are of high quality, relevant, and up to date.
• Advise the team when resources are made available.
• Fulfill other related tasks that may be assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Must have advanced writing and good speaking skills in English.
• With a minimum of 1 year experience in creating product and/or process documentation.
• Tech-savvy and natural interest in learning new technologies.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Willing to work on night shift.
