· Generate business by signing-up new merchants preferably eight (8) per month and engage potential financial institutions for partnerships.

· Generate four (4) quality leads per week and develop a healthy sales pipeline.

· Presenting and developing company business to new and existing customers

· Able to build strong relationships, understanding customer needs and objectives

· Analyze market and ensure competitive analysis and develop effective selling plan to approach market

· Engage potential corporations for new business initiatives

· Developing programs to reach maximum customer satisfaction

· Developing and implementing an annual business plan for the sales department and performing other tasks as needed

· Study trend and direction of payment platform around the world & initiate new idea/innovation which is applicable to the Philippines

· Managing each and every step of implementation – from the documentation, conducting workshops to integration and testing – and ensuring the successful deployment of such solutions.

· Taking lead in addressing and managing all ongoing issues and problems that customers may raise pertaining to the use and performance of said solutions.

Qualifications:

· Preferably at least 3 years in sales role, preferably from merchant acquiring in the e-commerce industry, payments, web or mobile solution.

· One year sales role with other industry is a plus

· Strong customer relations skills; strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce.

· Excellent skills in chasing leads and closing deals.

· Effective writing skills with ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.

· With general computer knowledge, spreadsheet, and presentation software

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in with ability and desire to discuss product solutions and technical aspects with multiple levels (C-Level Executives to Functional Managers and IT).

· Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce.

· High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

· Strong organizational skills, rational thinking, initiative, team-player qualities and a keen focus on results.

· Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as proactive team member.
