Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe exceeding customer expectations.
Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase and enhance customer relationship.
Processes transactions: accurately records, updates actions and outcomes against customer records, accurately completes all customer follow – up work.
Maintains knowledge of products, services and promotions
Implements sales and marketing strategies of the campaign
Represents our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs and provides consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers.
Participates in various reviews and meetings for enhancing knowledge on the products and services of the end customer
Attends periodic team and call center meetings, as well as trained sessions to develop skills and competencies
Participates in additional projects as asked/required

Qualifications:

Candidate must be at least Senior High School level
With effective communication and comprehension skills
With at least 6 months of call center experience
