Position: Business Unit Head

Job Description: The Business Unit Head is responsible to lead and manage the Printer and Consumable Group. The Business Unit Head will handle to 2 three group of Sales team. Help the company develop strategic plans for the Business Unit.

a. Reports directly to the President and CEO.

b. Set Objectives

i. Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet group and individual objectives

ii. Use these to help your salespeople maximize their potential

iii. At the beginning of each month, counsel with each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan

iv. Establish a sales objective for the department each month

v. Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action

vi. Monitor each salespersons performance and compare it with that month’s objective.

vii. Understand departmental sales data to determine what is happening in your department

c. Coach Sales People

i. Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives

d. Manage Sales Groups Assigned to the employee

i. Keeping face-to-face contact with your sales people and you must stay current on sales data and inventory

e. Maintain Inventory Control (Projections and Purchases)

i. Be sure that each unit that is available are for immediate delivery as soon as possible

f. Supervise the Sales Managers and Sales People

i. Make sure your salespeople are doing everything they should be doing to successfully sell your products

g. Develop Sales Forces

i. Recruiting, Hiring and Training Sales People

ii. Develop the most well trained, professional sales force possible

h. Handle complaints from Customer, Supplier and Sales Agents

i. Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related to your group

i. Conduct Sales Meetings

i. Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings

ii. Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements

j. Maintain a self-development program

i. Constantly strive for professional growth

ii. Work to improve your sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge

k. Involve in customer follow up

i. Supervise the proper use of Customer Logs by each sales person

ii. Also review the customer logs for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed

l. Assist Sales People in the selling operation

i. Assist your salespeople by stimulating floor traffic

ii. Motivate them to perform well

iii. Assist them in the selling process wherever needed

m. Develop a new sales team that will sell refurbished toners.

i. Recruit, Hire and train a new team of salespeople and technical people that can sell current and new hardware, software and service solutions

n. To develop new suppliers and partners for new solutions for the company to carry and sell to its customer

o. Submit Sales, Inventory, and other Monitoring and Productivity Reports to Immediate Supervisor (President and CEO)

p. The Employee shall comply with all other existing company rules and regulations (which shall be the Employee’s duty to know and understand upon hiring), as well as any other policy or procedure that may be implemented by the Company during his or her employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.

 Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in IT industry for 10 years.

 Have experience in similar industry, Printing Solution Provider. preferably in refurbished toners.

 Must have handled a team of sales professionals.

 Must have strong history in sales and superior in analytical skills.

 Must have good understanding in customer needs

 Must have excellent communication skills.
