DUTIES:
• Watch series of videos uploaded and posted by private users
• Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
• Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
• Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
• Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
REQUIREMENTS:
• Can understand the written Chinese characters (read and type Mandarin language)
• Familiarity with the culture of the given language
• Degree holder or Not
• Has experience working in BPO , contact centers or IT companies
• Has worked as customer service or content moderator (highly preferred)
• Curious and has integrity to understand the community values
