JOB OBJECTIVE
To assist in the overall IT help desk support of the internal team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Perform troubleshooting and provide a technical resolution regarding hardware and software issues
• Respond and resolve IT-related inquiries, requests, or concerns through a ticketing system.
• Update database records and process account creation for new hires, terminations, and other status changes in employees.
• Assist with the employee knowledge base and usability of software resources. This also involves updating and managing software documentation.
• Control consistency of internal IT systems and processes through audits.
• Run audits on licensing and software account management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any IT related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Required knowledge in IT support, software account management administration, and data security.
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
• Willing to work on night shift. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
