Duties and Responsibilities
-Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
-Mentor or give direction to junior team members and provide training on best practices. (Coaching which includes call listening and QA review)
-Assist management in ensuring performance goals are met.
-Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
-Conduct a periodic assessment (weekly, monthly) to include the following areas of interests not limited to: -Escalations issue types, Exposure to Risk (Financial), Actual losses driven by these escalations, NPS/CSAT or any relevant KPIs
-Perform Ad Hoc tasks not limited to on boarding, team coaching, and any management task that will be assigned by the managers which is in accordance to the business need
-Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
Any other responsibilities that your immediate manager may assign
(CS 2) Assists the Customer Service Specialist with difficult cases.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:
-Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Employer in due course Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Employer through its authorized representatives
-Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment

-Strategic thinking skills and decision-making on issue resolution
