WebCreek is hiring an IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth technical operations, deliver high-quality results, and provide continuous system improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of any problem
• Attend in-person and/or virtual meetings with employees to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues
• Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams
• Complete detailed reports that list technical assistance requests, the steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
• Assist management with creating training materials that pertain to computer troubleshooting and use
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or WebCreek employees
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1+ years work experience as an IT support specialist or analyst
• Knowledge of software and hardware products, as well as problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with computers and applications in a networked environment
• Familiarity with network monitoring software
• Familiarity with MS and Azure fundamentals
• Excellent spoken and written English
