•Oversee HR operations and matters for entities in Philippines
•Supported by one direct report (HR executive) in Philippines office
•Oversee the recruitment process for the Philippines office. This includes but not limited to handling interview logistics, liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies, following up on role requirements from managers
•Ensure accurate employee’s information via Workday system
•Provide HR advisory and support on HR related matter and assist to handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances
•Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting and fulfil all statutory reporting requirements
•Work closely with Lead HR Business Partner for Global Tech/IT to ensure good HRcoverage for global IT population for the company
•Lead and coordinate relevant HR projects impacting global IT population for thecompany
•Other projects or duties as assigned
Person Specification
Experience
•At least 7 years’ experience in HR Operations including onboarding, maintenance ofemployee files and data, with 3 years in a managerial role
•Strong stakeholder engagement to manage different business units employee populationand leads
•Ability to work well in a matrix organisation due to employee population having globalreporting lines
•Skilled in Microsoft applications software (such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
•Maintain a sound knowledge of Philippines employment registrations, good knowledge ofapplication of work passes for expatriates
•Energetic and able to work independently as well as great sense of ownership
•Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
