• Manage the day to day BAU requirements of the TP ICAP Global Messaging Infrastructure, including but not limited to Exchange 2010, 2016 and Exchange Online (O365), Microsoft Intune, BlackBerry 10/12, BlackBerry for Work, Mimecast, Clearswift secure email gateway.
• Strong working knowledge on Windows 2008, Windows server 2012, Active directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong working knowledge on Exchange 2010, Exchange2016, Exchange Online and ability to resolve exchange related issues.
• Maintain the enterprise Active Directory and Exchange environment including troubleshooting, performance planning, capacity planning and continuity planning
• Ensure servers and applications are secured by security patching and following security policies
• Advanced monitoring technologies using various tools such as Quest Spotlight.
• Expert level experience in incident management and the ability to perform root cause analysis
• Ability to identify and isolate technical issues and propose mitigation and/or improvement strategies. On major system failures must possess the technical knowledge and judgment to quickly analyse the most appropriate solution for the speedy resumption of service.
• Provide advanced level expertise on IT issues relating to the Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange 2010/2016 and Exchange online.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams
• Position will require being available to perform maintenance during non-business hours and over weekends
• Production and maintenance of system documentation.
• Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)

Person Specification
Technical Back group
• 10 or more years of Systems Administration experience
• Expert level knowledge and hands on experience administrating Windows 2008 and Windows server 2012
• Expert level knowledge and hands on experience administrator Active Directory & Domain architecture
• Expert knowledge in MS exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016
• Expert knowledge in office 365
• Nice to have certifications:
MSCA or MCSE for windows server 2012 r2, 2016 or 2019
Microsoft 365 certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
