Company Profile: Headquartered in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The Company was formed to focus on residential and commercial properties which include both investment, leasing & resale in the Philippines.

Position: Mandarin Financial Manager
Industry: Real Estate Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (10AM-6PM)
Salary: Open
Work Set up: Onsite- Must be willing to work in the office

DUTIES:
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
• Predicting future financial trends
• Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
• Analyzing market trends and competitors
REQUIREMENTS:


• Open for Bachelor Degree Graduates and Undergraduates
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English
• Accountancy/Finance Graduate or any related course
• With working experience as a Finance Manager/Accounting Manager
• At least 3-5 years Accounting/Finance Experience
