Who You Are

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another IT-related field
• 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including IT Management positions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Attention to detail
• Analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, “can do” attitude

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitor daily operations, including cloud server hardware, software, and operating systems
• Manage and supervise IT staff by training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ensure that all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
• Evaluate technology risks in order to develop disaster recovery plans and procedures
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems so that they operate effectively
• Generate performance reports for operating systems
• Keep abreast with technological advancements and industry best practices
