Position: Spanish Senior Service Desk Specialist

Location: BGC Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Temporary work from home (Until further notice)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination.
• Write reports and presentations to guide operational decisions periodically and on the fly.
• Develop and test new tools, reports and technologies.
• Work with existing software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize and share findings.
• Perform more advanced troubleshooting of routers and systems making adjustments within the scope of responsibility
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a highly technical environment.
Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Open for foreign nationals that can speak read and write Spanish
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
