Position: Spanish Processing Consultant

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Temporary work from home set-up

Responsibilities:
• Manage an accurate record of all collections
• Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Double check and review the status of customer’s account
• Contact customer via email or call to collect the payables or outstanding credit
• Document daily collections activity
Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
• Collections and Finance background is a plus
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
