Position: Portuguese Account Payable Processor

Responsibilities:
• Work on request for remuneration and incoming invoices, and process them efficiently and promptly
• Handle expense reports, refund, and validate information from vendors while reviewing supporting documents for the right accreditation
• Verify appropriate accounts codes and perform keypunching of vendor invoices accurately and expeditiously
• Audit invoices to ensure precision of keypunching, and carry out essential corrections.
Requirements:
• Open to Native or Non-Native Portuguese Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Portuguese
• With Excellent English proficiency skills
• Preferably Bachelor degree in Economics or similar field
• Previous experience of working in SAP and related Order to Cash modules is considered an advantage
• Previous experience in Credit & Collections or other Order to Cash sub process is preferred
