Position: Portuguese Customer Content Transaction Processor
Industry: IT BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong, Taguig, Quezon City, Alabang
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities:
• Translate technical documents from Portuguese to English and English to Portuguese
• Analyze and resolve client’s issues and concerns.
• Handle business transactions of the client
• Responsible in coordinating with Portuguese speaking clients
• Manage and process invoices and billings
• Accept and manage transaction assignments in an organized and competent manner
Requirements:
• Open to Native or Non-Native Portuguese Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Portuguese
• With Excellent English proficiency skills
• Preferably Bachelor degree in Finance or any related field
• Previous experience of working in SAP and related Order to Cash modules is considered an advantage
• Willing to work at any areas in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong, Taguig, Quezon City, Alabang)
• Previous experience in Credit & Collections or other Order to Cash sub process is preferred
