Property Engineer is the overall in-charge of building preventive maintenance, up keeping and implementation of project and monitoring service requests. They are responsible for monitoring the work of maintenance technicians.
Job Qualifications:
• Preferably Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Licensed – Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Preferably have a PCO Certification
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Has strong focus on facility and overall maintenance management
• Handles one or multiple of properties with less than 600 residential unit
• Has a thorough understanding of any of the following HVAC, Electrical, FDAS, Elevator, Pool, Generator, and Plumbing.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective and strong technical skills
• Organizational skills and good time management
