Position: Mandarin Fraud Investigator
Type of job: Back Office Job
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Dayshift and Mid shift (2 days off)
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: P80,000- P100,000 Gross Monthly
Work setup: Temporary work from home (While Pandemic)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's/College Degree graduates ; Open for Undergrad
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
• Open to candidates with no work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• With working experience in a related field is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Investigate suspicious activity and behavior that could pose a risk to customers, or merchants.
• Communicate via email and telephone with buyers, merchants, and other external and internal customers to make informed decisions about risk.
• Maintain site quality by enforcing policy and guidelines.
• Take appropriate action based on established procedures and document those actions. When procedures are not available, follow established escalation paths to ensure resolution.
