Position: German Technical Support Representatives
Industry: Shared Service
Location: Rosario, Cavite
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Temporary Work from Home Setup (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup once allowed by the company - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)
Benefits:
• Miscellaneous Allowance

• 13th-month pay

• Temporary work from home setup (equipment provided by the company)
Requirements:
• Open for native and non-native German speakers
• Proficient in both German and English
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree holder of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and related courses
• Knowledgeable in using computer
• Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related fields is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Clearly communicate with managers and co-workers to ensure the understanding of the proper use of technology and any troubleshooting that may be needed
• Maintain system capability by testing computer components
• Train users on proper use of hardware and software
• Document hardware and software changes, revisions and problems
• Test an organizations’ existing equipment and programs and try out new systems and software to see if the organization would benefit from them
