Position: Italian Helpdesk Support Analyst
Industry: Medical Research
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 75, 000 – PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift | Weekends off
Work setup: Temporary work from home setup

Requirements:
• Local that can speak, read and write Italian
• Native Italian with permanent residency in the Philippines
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course
• Medical experience is a big plus
• Knowledgeable in Software and other IT technology
Responsibilities:
• Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance.
• Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
• Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems
• Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures.
