Position: Vietnamese Voice, Email and Chat- Technical Support
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Forex Trading
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (willing to work on weekends)
Location: Pasay City

Responsibilities:

• Sustain the positive relationship between customer and client
• Give answers for inquiries related to product and process
• Communicate customer through chat, calls, emails and other social media platforms
• Handle complaints and giving solutions
• Pile all necessary data
• Make sure customer satisfaction
• Able to work independently

Requirements:

• Vietnamese national residing in Vietnam
• Bachelor’s degree of any field
• With Customer service experience but not required
• Flexible in shifting schedules
• Fluent in English
• Experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Pasay City
• Can start as immediately
