Position: Mandarin Accounting Manager (Up to Php200,000 Gross)

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To monitor and manage the daily operations of the accounting and reporting activities within the department.
• To monitor and manage monthly and annual closing activities, ensure accuracy of posting in accounting entries.
• To manage and support budget and forecasting activities.
• To check and reconcile variance between treasury and operation departments involving cash reconciliation.
• To manage the production of annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports on a timely basis.
• To attend to internal audit enquiries and findings.
• To identify and recommend work-flow/process improvement to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations
• Responsible for financial planning and budgetary control, consolidation of accounts, policy development.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance/accounting/auditing.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office, experience using SAP/Yon you will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure in meeting various deadlines and targets.
• A person with strong analytical skills, attention to details and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knows how to speak and write in Mandarin
• Preferred Native Candidate, Malaysian and Filipino-Chinese that is fluent in Mandarin.
