Company Profile: A multinational company that specialized in SEO, web analytics, content marketing and social media marketing.
Requirements:
• Filipino can speak, read and write Thai
• Bachelor degree or High School graduate are welcome to apply
• At least 3 months experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
• responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment;
• responsible for client inquiries, product support or inbound sales.
• Build good customer service to the customers
• Provide assistance to the customers concerns and inquiries and address it a timely manner
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Make sure that the customer information is accurate and valid
