Position: Indonesian Forex Support Analyst
Salary: Php 65,000
Industry: Online Gaming/Forex Trading Website
Schedule: Shifting Sched (2 days off)
Location: Pasay City
Benefits:

HMO until 2 dependents

Work from home after training period

Responsibilities:
Offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
Handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
Resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
Requirements:
Indonesian national currently residing in the Philippines
Experience in a customer service/Online gaming industry is an advantage
Basic English is welcome to apply
Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
Amenable to work in an Online Gaming company
Willing to work in Pasay after 1 month training
Open for Undergraduates
Can start as soon as possible
