Position: Korean Content Moderator Team Lead
Industry: BPO company
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 135,000
Location:Carmona, Cavite
Schedule: Shifting
Work setup: Onsite

Requirements:
Korean proficient in English language
Filipino Proficient in Korean
Bachelor degree or undergraduate are welcome to apply
Experience in Content Moderator is an advantage
Must have an experience in BPO, Contact centers or IT company
Willing to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Manage the agent and make sure they met their target
Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
