Position: Mandarin Senior Business Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: P100,000 - P200,000
Schedule: Mid Shift Schedule (12pm-9pm | 1pm-10pm)

Requirements:
• College graduate in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or any related course
• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and typing the Mandarin language
• With at least 2-3 years in project management
• 5 related work experience data research or analysis
• Working in any bank industry is a plus but not required
• With Financial work experience
• Strong R or Python programming skills, particularly on data exploration will be a plus
Duties:
• Understands the client objective (from Hong Kong or other locations) and manages client
• Conducts analytics on big data to gain insight into investment debates
• Conducts regular data checks and analysis updates using automated logic
• Presents data-driven analysis and findings internally and to the client
• Takes ownership in project planning and coordinates with teams on full implementation and timely delivery
• Updates documentation during the life of the project
