Position: German Helpdesk Specialist
Industry: Medical Research
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 70, 000 – PHP 80,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift | Weekends off
Work setup: Temporary work from home setup

Requirements:
• Open for Foreign national with Permanent residence
• Proficient in both German and English
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Technical related experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
• Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
• Provide Tier 1 level of technical support
• Timely check the system for some errors
• Receive and process requests/issues
