Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
• Proficient in Thai and English
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
• responsible for handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
• Maintaining customer relations
• Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedback
• Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
• Data entries of event results in the systems
• responsible for all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
