JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: a world’s leading IT and Service Support company providing customer care & support, technical support services and back-end support to companies engaged in interactive online sports gaming activities.
Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
• Proficient in Thai and English
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
• responsible for handling customer complaints
• provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• follow up to ensure resolution.
