Expectation and Key Responsibilities
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to your account
• Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining effective long lasting customer relationships based on
trust, knowledge of customer needs and commitment to delivering business value and exceptional service.
• Customer account management through development of account plans and execution of sales strategies
including optimizing utilization of PASI services and deployment of cloud services, uncovering net new sales
opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit, customer service and support.
• Establishment of regular business rhythm with existing customers
• Achieves or exceeds targets
• Develop a thorough understanding of PASI products and service offering for better positioning to existing

Work Experience and Preferred Qualifications
• At least 1 year experience in sales or account management of business software, cloud or IT solutions or
service related industry.
• Proven track record in business software or services related sales
• Business and Customer Acumen
• Must possess business level English Fluent (written and verbal communication skills)
• Highly trainable with ability to multitask
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Pleasant personality with demonstrated success in driving business and sales related conversation
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome and may apply
• Education; Bachelor Degree equivalent
