Company Profile: A Japan established IT/ BPO Company with more than 45 years of experience that offers end to end solutions to companies for contact center, E-commerce, marketing or back office support.
Position: Indonesian Customer Service
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Pasig or Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting
Work set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Indonesian language
Bachelor’s degree of any course
With 6 months - 1 year customer service experience is an advantage
Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
Amenable to work in either Pasig City or Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling customer and clients with the standard operation process
Ensuring to maintain the confidentiality of all datas collected
Responsible in giving best customer service
Make sure that update and feedback from customers and on-site problems are addressed in timely manner
