Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Open for native Dutch speakers and to Filipino fluent in Dutch and English
Background in Technical Support, Support Engineering, and Java is a plus
Technical knowledge and background is a plus
Java, Nodejs, and JSON languages is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Communicate with application developers via email, chat, and call
Responsible for developing the smart devices
Answering inquiries and concerns on the programming applications
Escalate technical concerns to the next level
