Responsibilities:
Offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way related to the website's product and process
Resolve and analyse customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments

Requirements:
Indonesian national currently residing in the Philippines
Experience in a customer service/Online gaming industry is an advantage
Basic English is welcome to apply
