Japanese ServiceNow Developer (JLPT N1 - N3 Passer + Temporary Work From Home in Cebu & Makati)
Industry: IT Company
Location: Cebu City / Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - 90,000
Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Work Set-up: Office but Work From Home temporarily

Requirements:

● Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
● 3-5 years development experience
● Extensive experience in Web Development using Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
● In-depth understanding of relational database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) concepts
● In-depth understanding of Structural Programming concepts
● Strong logical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
● Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM concepts
● Considerable experience in developing systems for IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Human Resource Service Delivery
● Substantial experience with the SNOW platform
● Certified Service-NOW (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HR)

Responsibilities:

● Takes a lead in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform of one of our Japanese clients
● Communicate with the client and the client's key business units and key process managers
● Carry out initiative in understanding and gathering the client's business needs in order to build solutions, support maintenance, and drive improvement
● Demonstrate leadership in managing a team of ServiceNow developers
