• Generate digital and print training materials such as video presentation and manuals.
• Perform role-playing activities to enhance customer service and negotiation skills.
• Able to keep trainees focused and ensure comprehension of critical learning elements during training session.
• Evaluate the progress of trainees and determine the skills for improvement to boost performance.
• Build mentorship program to regularly develop the skills of trainees.
• Create and maintain updated training reports/records and materials.
• Supervise new hires/trainees during training period.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert related to training concerns.
• Provide feedback and updates to the Operations Management concerning process and performance improvement.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required by the management.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in Training/Learning and Development preferably in BPO/call center.
• Experience working for financial related campaign is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Superb research, instructional and presentation skills.
• Excellent ability to exercise good judgement and make sound business decisions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and solutions/action oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
• Amenable to work with graveyard shift schedule.
• Flexibility to work in a start-up office environment
• Amenable to work onsite - Las Piñas (near Alabang)
