JOB DETAILS:

Position: Russian Technical Support
Industry: IT Company
Location: Makati
Schedule: Nightshift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
Salary: Php 60,000 Gross
Work set-up: Work onsite

Requirements

• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Russian language
• Proficient in English communication
• Preferably applicants already in the Philippines
• Open for graduates and undergraduates
• Relevant experience is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Makati

Responsibilities

• Responsible in solving technical issues in the company
• Researches, investigates and resolves customer technical issues.
• Assisting customers in installation and implementation of technical equipments that is related to companies product
• Interpret the guidelines and procedures of the product for Russian customers.
• Provides excellent customer service to meet the clients standard
• Performs web content management and goals in Technical department
• Performs other job-related responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Manager/Supervisor
