Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least 1 year of BPO experience
Good communication skills
Computer and Web Literate
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
Must be willing to work onsite


What will you do?

Maintain specialized and respectful conduct when communicating with clients and peers
Assist associates in replying to client system issues and questions
Contribute to staff and departmental targets and objectives
Follow departmental processes and systems as specified in the Policies and Procedures Manual
