Requirements:
• Open for Korean located in the Philippines
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
• With experience in Accounting and Finance is a big advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Monitor credit exposure and release processing
• Process types of collections from customers and sales securities
• Reporting of receivables
• Manages sales orders based on received requests
• Assure correctness and completeness of data in customer’s sales order
• Coordinate process and follow up the demand orders from the customer and courier
• Ensuring the timely shipments with an coordination with planning team and manufacturing center
• Ensuring that the transaction is reflected in the system
Creating and preparing the billing documents for customers
• Assisting finance department in preparing financial report
• Provide high level of service while assisting internal and external customer
• Ensure that the customer data is updated in the system
• Ensure effective communication of any process or data changes
